Friends of Fairchild

Friends of Fairchild (FOF) are volunteers who give or commit to giving a minimum of 30 hours of service to Fairchild each year in regularly scheduled program areas.

The Friends of Fairchild was founded in 1977 by volunteer Bert Zuckerman. The FOF programs and activities provide a social and educational experience for volunteers. Events include special lectures by Fairchild staff and guest speakers and field trips to places with historical or botanical interest.  Meetings and programs are held on the second Wednesday of the month in October, December, February and May.
