The flesh of the jackfruit can be used in a variety of recipes that can mimic meat. Chef Johnson will put his famous culinary spin on this trendy new “meat” substitute. So don’t be afraid of this fruit’s gigantic size. Chef’s creations of jackfruit nachos, Asian BBQ jackfruit bowl and jackfruit and banana spring rolls are totally meat free.
