Instructor: Diane Lary
Watercolor Artist Diane Lary will teach students how to capture tropical flowers and foliage using a limited palette of transparent watercolors. Students will learn how to crop their images creating a strong composition and how to focus the detail to create a vibrant center of interest. Then by applying several layers to the background, using a variety of techniques, they will develop color harmony and depth, adding final touches to complete the painting. Participants should bring several reference photos and a light lunch.
