Instructor: Ricardo Aberle
Take that first step and learn to paint from one of Fairchild’s own. Ricardo Aberle, artist and grounds supervisor at the Garden, will teach you to explore the many facets of watercolor in a fun and relaxing way. The first two classes are devoted to basic instruction and will give students the foundation for their success in watercolor painting. The class focuses on the principles and elements of design and offers instruction in the various techniques. Students will be encouraged to work at their own pace to develop their unique, creative style. Optional critiques and group interaction will allow students to learn from one another. The majority of the class will be spent painting and receiving one-on-one guidance by the instructor.
