Instructor: Ricardo Aberle
This one-day workshop is for the seasoned watercolor artist who is looking for some fresh ideas that can bring new life to their painting style. In this unstructured studio atmosphere, students will acquire new methods as they are guided by his gentle approach. The properties of color, color mixing techniques and composition will be stressed in Ricardo’s morning demonstration. His unique palette comes from his personal mixes (he uses no green paint, instead blending his colors to create a variety of different greens). You will explore the principles of drawing, point of interest, basic composition and space divisions. So bring an open mind and a blank canvas and see what you are able to create. Drawing and basic watercolor experience are required
