If you have always wanted to try watercolor painting but thought it looked too difficult, this is the class for you. This class will explore the many facets of watercolor in a fun and relaxing way. As a beginner, the first two classes are mandatory since basic instruction will be given which will be the foundation for your success in watercolor painting. The class focuses on the principles and elements of design and offers instruction in the various techniques. Each student will be encouraged to work at their own pace to develop their unique, creative style. Optional critiques and group interaction will allow students to learn from one another. The majority of the class will be spent painting and receiving one-on-one guidance by the instructor.
