Get ready to roll your sleeves up as you’ll be introduced to the art of making ravioli from scratch. YES, pasta night has come to Fairchild and Chef Chris will demonstrate the art of preparing fresh ravioli. Chef will share his recipes for the delicious fillings and sauces of broccoli rabe and ricotta ravioli featuring a brown butter sage sauce and a poppy seed sauce, along with crab-artichoke ravioli with a fresh tomato ala vodka sauce. Of course we shall all dine on the fabulous creations made during class.
