Noodles are a fast food that are easy to cook and irresistible to many. Asian cuisine offers so many different types of noodles that the choices can be overwhelming. In this class, Chef Johnson will show how to use soba (Japanese buckwheat noodles), rice vermicelli, and mung bean noodles in fresh and delicious new ways. He’ll highlight the ever popular Pad Thai dish. All will go home with the recipes but but only after enjoying a feast which was prepared before your eyes!
