Chef Billo Jolly will teach you how to prepare this cruciferous vegetable with all of its fantastic health benefits. She will use cauliflower or “Gobi” as it is known in India, to prepare a number of regional dishes ranging from appetizer to entree! She will show you how to make Gobi Pakora (cauliflower fritters), Gobi Soup, Gobi Makhni (a signature dish from Taste of India Restaurant), Gobi Kofta (grated cauliflower balls in a gravy), Aloo Gobi (cauliflower with potatoes), Gobi Pulao (cauliflower in basmati rice pilaf) and Gobi Paratha (cauliflower stuffed Indian flat bread). You won’t have to give up flavor to eat healthy!
