Chef Johnson from LAN Pan Asian will help you broaden your approach to cooking without meat. His flavorful Asian menu will give you a new appreciation for vegan cuisine. In this class, he will teach how to make autumn rice with root vegetables, tofu crepe rolls stuffed with caramelized onion and taro potato, and an avocado salad with creamy roasted sesame vinaigrette.
