Instructor: Hillary Parker
Whether you are just getting started, want a review from a previous drawing/painting class or have drawing and watercolor experience and are looking for a fresh new approach, this class is for you. It offers a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor when it comes to learning the basics of how to draw and paint with watercolors. The focus will be on using line, form and light to create drawings specifically in preparation to paint with watercolors. Students will also learn comprehensive foundation skills with the 4 basic variables of watercolors: paper, brush, pigment and water. Join the fun! PLEASE NOTE about your supplies for this class: For those students who have previously taken Hillary's classes please plan to bring all of your drawing and watercolor supplies from her previous painting classes. For new students, a supply list will be available. As an easy and economic option; all art supplies will be provided for use during class time only, for a one-time $30 supply fee. This fee would be paid directly to the instructor on the first day of class.
