Take advantage of the abundant fruits of the season by learning new and exciting ways to prepare our summer favorite, the mango. Chef Teh will use the mango as his basic ingredient as he artistically creates recipes that are easy and delicious. His menu will include Green Mango Salad, Tropical Fruit Ceviche, Mango and Adzuki Bean Salad with Quinoa and Banana and Mango Spring Roll with Caramel Sauce. He may even throw in a surprise. Oh so delicious!
