Let Chef Chris teach you the basics so that you can make the most of our local fresh fish. He will start with how to select the perfect catch, filleting and last but not least, cooking the fish. He will prepare the fish using a traditional technique like fish in a bag and add a special Asian twist by using sticky rice and Asian vegetables. This fresh and healthy meal will be enjoyed by the entire family.
