If you are a lover of salmon you won’t want to miss this class. High in protein and loaded with the “good” fats, salmon is a highly nutritious food. Chef Chris of Delicious Catering is going to show us how to prepare salmon three different ways. We’ll start with appetizers of Hawaiian salmon poke with root chips, then prepare a smoked salmon mousse - served in a cucumber cup with horseradish sauce, and finish with a grilled salmon glazed with a guava BBQ sauce and served with wild rice and spinach sauté.
