Learn ways to trim the fat and lower the carbs. Your food will be so delicious you’ll never know that you are dieting. Class will have an open discussion of our choices in the way we eat, what we can find at the grocery store and how to keep it simple and clean. We’ll then dig in and prepare some dishes to eat and critique at the end of this class.
