This two-day class begins building the energetic foundation to start your journey. You’ll learn an ancient Chinese practice for longevity, the Five Elements of Medical Qigong. Aside from its energizing and mood-elevating effects, qigong is naturally conducive to increased self-awareness and examination. A smart and efficient healthcare system, you can practice it indoors (or outdoors, when weather permits). It doesn’t take much space or equipment, just you and a chair.
