Wow your guests with a tasty gluten-free meal that you can effortlessly make without spending all your time in a hot kitchen. Chef Maury will put the "easy" into this menu of grilled peaches, blueberries, goat cheese with aerated orange vinaigrette and cod over cauliflower puree with garlic foam and a sweet finish of a cantaloupe sorbet. What a refreshing way to take advantage of summer's endless bounty.
