Chefs Set to Whip up Some Magic at Fairchild’s Mango Brunch
Coral Gables, FL, June 15, 2010— Fairchild‘s Mango Brunch is a tasty tribute to the most delicious of tropical fruits—the mango! This year‘s Mango Brunch held on Sunday, July 11, at 11:00 a.m. is bringing together some of the best chefs in town! Chefs for the brunch include Allen Susser of Chef Allens, Kris Wessel of Red Light, Crystal Cullison of Alta Mare, Gonzalo Rivera of La Marea at the Tides and Sean Bernal of The Oceanaire Seafood Room.
Whole Foods, is once again the sponsor for Fairchild’s International Mango Festival and will be providing all of the ingredients for the brunch.

About the International Mango Festival
Fairchild’s International Mango Festival is in its 18th year and continues to be the summer’s must-attend event. It features the world’s largest display of mango cultivars, over 1,200 mango trees for purchase, fun things for the kids, mango cultivar tastings, a marketplace of mangos and mango products, educational lectures, mango-inspired cuisine, entertainment and much more.
