The Glass House Café

The new Glass House Café, which is directly across from Fairchild Garden’s rainforest, is decorated with Dale Chilhuly’s eight-foot long ‘Clear and Gold’ glass chandelier and 40 foot high ceilings that peer into the Conservatory through floor to ceiling glass doors. The Café’s popular menu has been broadened to include organic and locally grown food, includes seating of up to 250 people and is available for private rentals.

Lakeside Café

The Lakeside Café is temporarily closed due to remodelling and will reopen on January 31, 2013. It offers delicious and fresh food daily.  Hours are 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Enjoy sandwiches, salads, soups, quiches, hot dogs, cold drinks, coffees, hand-crafted sodas, smoothies and desserts.

We Proudly Serve Starbucks Coffee

The Shop at Fairchild now proudly serves Starbucks Coffee, including a full range of espresso beverages, as well as a variety of pastries and snacks, for the enjoyment and convenience of Fairchild visitors.

After your run or bike ride, come to Fairchild. We are now open at 7:30 a.m. every day excluding festival days. Get a cup of Starbucks coffee and enjoy the Garden in the beautiful early morning.

Beverages

Water fountains are located near the Garden House, picnic area, cafe and restrooms in the Visitor Center. 
Cold drinks are also available in The Shop at Fairchild and the Lakeside Café. 

Brunches

Brunches are held on special days such as Mother's Day and Easter. We also have a Father's Day BBQ.

Afternoon Tea at Fairchild

Sunday afternoon teas are a delightful occasion for ladies and gentlemen of all ages. All  teas will be held in the Shehan Visitor Center ballroom, upstairs overlooking the garden. Please call 305.663.8059 for information.

Located in the Jean DuPont Shehan Visitor Center, The Shop at Fairchild is one of the most interesting and unique shops in the area. It is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
