Fairchild is the leading botanic garden with exceptional programs in horticulture, conservation, research, education and cultural events.  Your membership is the sustenance - the pillar - of this conservation-focused botanic garden.  Your gift of membership gives you an opportunity to directly affect and connect with conservation both locally and internationally while enjoying many benefits.  

What are the benefits?

Indulge in Fairchild and its programs.  As a member, you will enjoy many exclusive privileges, including free admission to festivals, invitations to members-only lectures, plant societies, Moonlight Tours and the Members' Day Plant Sale.  Learn from curators and other staff by participating in lectures and tours. 

You will have exclusive access to South Florida's finest resources, including a special rate on more than 165 adult education classes offered annually through our Lifelong Learning Program.  These classes highlight horticulture, conservation and the environment of South Florida as well as art, cuisine and natural history.

Additionally, your membership includes a complimentary subscription to The Tropical Garden magazine.  This publication offers important information about our conservation at Fairchild as well as a wealth of horticultural knowledge and expertise.  All members also receive a 10% discount on purchases at the Shop at Fairchild and receive special Members Only privileges at the Members Lending Library.

Your membership extends beyond Fairchild and allows free or reduced admission to more than 207 other gardens, arboreta and conservatories (the American Horticultural Society's Reciprocal Program) and more than 300 science museums (the Association of Science Technology Centers' Passport System) throughout the U.S. and around the world.
