We're offering lectures, cooking demonstrations and tips to keep your mango trees thriving, pick up a trick from local chefs at a cooking demonstration, shop artisan vendors or pick up delicious foods from local vendors, sample refreshing brews perfect for Summer.

Summer in Miami can only mean one thing: mangos, mangos and more mangos! For nearly 25, years, we've been offering the best in mango varieties sale in South Florida. Take a look at some the Curators' Choice Mango Trees that will be on sale all weekend.

Friday, July 8

2016 Mango Festival Grower's Summit, 9:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.

We are hosting The Grower’s Summit on Friday, July 8. The Summit will focus on the local production of quality mangos. Participants have the opportunity to network with growers and to take an in-depth look at the production of quality in mango production world-wide.

Summit Registration Fee
Fairchild Member: $65
Non-Member: $80

Registration for the Growers’ Summit includes admission to the International Mango Festival.

Experience the largest mango collection in the world! Our staggering display offers a beautiful journey through genetic differences within mangos. Learn how mango colors, shapes and aromas differ from region to region.

17th Annual Mango Brunch, 11:00 a.m.

Fairchild's 17th Annual Mango Brunch is a tasty tribute to the most delicious of tropical fruits and is held in conjunction with the 24th Annual International Mango Festival. Join some of South Florida's greatest chefs as they prepare their best mango dishes for you.

The Mango Brunch is not only a delicious fête, it's also an important fundraiser for the Garden to support the work of the Tropical Fruit Program, which continues the pioneering work of Dr. David Fairchild, founder of the Foreign Seed and Plant Introduction Division of the United States Department of Agriculture. We are committed to his far-reaching goals for the collection, conservation, curation and distribution of superior tropical fruit from the Americas and Asia.
