When: Friday, October 25, 2013 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Where: Science Village

Come and join us during a night of discovery!

We will stroll through the Garden looking for night creatures, listening for calls and learning about their nocturnal habits.

South Florida’s Night Creatures
Where: Science Village Classroom
Time: 5:00 p.m. through 8:00 p.m.
Nocturnal animals on display presented by Biologists, Donna Molfetto and Matthew Anderson from the Miami Science Museum.

Know your Bats!
Where: Science Village Classroom
Time: 5:00 p.m. through 8:00 p.m.
Discovery station, presented by Gaby Orihuela, Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden

Buggin’ Out! 
Where: At Rainforest station, starting at Science Village Classroom
Time:  6:30 p.m. through 8:00 p.m.
Discovery station, presented by Florida International University’s Entomology Group and Martin Feather, manager of Fairchild’s Wings of the Tropics exhibit.

Twilight Walk with Flashlights  
Where: Walking Tours start at Science Village balcony
Time: 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Walking Tour lead by José Hidalgo, Kushlan Bird Program, Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden

Bring your flashlights!
You are welcome to wear your favorite night creature costume (Bugs, owls, bats, etc.).

FREE for Fairchild Members and Children 5 and under.
Non-members: $25 Adults, $18 for seniors and $12 Children 6-17

Parking: South Gate ONLY
Food available at the Café
