Heart of a Chef presented by Florida Blue and Whole Foods Market, is a unique culinary experience packed with activities for all ages to heighten awareness and knowledge of the prevention of childhood obesity which leads to heart disease. The event will be hosted by Florida Heart Research Institute and held at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Gardens. Some of the day’s activities include cooking challenges, a demonstration from Short Chef, food tastings, educational seminars, wine tasting and so much more!
