When: Friday, July 9, 2010 from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Join Madhur Jaffrey, Chef Allen Susser, Chef Norman Van Aken, Chef Andrea Curto-Randazzo, Dr. Richard Campbell, Noris Ledesma and others for an event for chefs, mango lovers and culinary professionals. Our experts will discuss and explain the different use of mangos in cuisine. 

From Indian varieties to old Florida favorites, we will have tastings, pairings, demos and more culinary adventures.

All conference participants are invited to a Mango Preview Reception at 6:00 p.m. in the Garden House
