11:00 a.m.       Food Safety, Good Agricultural and Harvesting Practices for Mango Growers,
                          Dr.  Jonathan Crane, University of Florida

11:45 a.m.       Lunch/Wild Mango Tour of Fairchild. Begins in Edible Garden.

1:00 p.m.         Tour at the Science Village

1:30 p.m.         Mango processing in Colombia, Noris Ledesma, FTBG

2:00 p.m.         Open Forum-Issues Facing Modern mango Industry.

2:30 p.m.         Mango Flavors: Tasting and Discussion.

3:00 p.m.         First Look “Mangos of the World Display” and Fruit Market

3:30 p.m.         Media Event

6:00 p.m.         Mango Festival Kickoff Party/ Fellows Event         

Please note, the Growers Summit is separate from the general festival lectures listed.

Cost to attend the Grower's Summit is $50.
