To celebrate the 20^th anniversary of our highly anticipated International Mango Festival, Fairchild’s curator of tropical fruit and mango expert, Noris Ledesma, is hosting a free mango-themed cooking class for children 5 to 12. Children will learn the health benefits of the beloved Floridian fruit in a fun and hands-on way by preparing refreshing mango smoothies, pizza and popsicles.

The cooking class is held at Fairchild’s Shehan Visitor Center near Fairchild’s North Entrance.
