Our Chefs this year will be Chef Allen Susser, Mango Chef extraordinaire; Mark Militello, Executive Chef, The Regent Bal Harbour; Roly Cruz-Taura, Executive Chef, The Biltmore; Charles Froke, Executive Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Miami; and Chef Giancarla Bodoni, from Escopazzo.
