Enjoy the Garden by the light of a full moon and enjoy silent tram tours every half hour, free yoga under the stars by Rina Yoga and spectacular views of the sky through the South Cross Astronomical Society’s powerful telescopes. 

Mommy and Me Tea at Fairchild

Sunday, January 15, 3:00 p.m. 

Create a special memory with our Mommy and Me Tea, held on the veranda and in the ballroom of the Jean DuPont Shehan Visitor Center. Live music by local guitarist Rob Friedman enhances the ambiance of our Afternoon Tea, which is served at beautifully set tables by delightful garden volunteers. Tours for Those Living with Alzheimer's

Are you or a loved one living with Alzheimer’s? If so, then come to Fairchild and experience the power of plants. Early to mid-stage patients and their caregivers will be treated to lunch and an exclusive and interactive tram tour of Fairchild. View a photo gallery here. Splendor in the Garden Fashion Show

Fairchild will host a luncheon honoring local women who make philanthropy fashionable. Plant ID Workshop

The first Friday of every month, Friday, February 3, 1:00 p.m.

Is there a plant in your garden that you just don’t know what it is? Then bring it to Fairchild’s Herbarium and let our Scientists uncover its origin! Bring your plant cutting or sample to Fairchild’s Herbarium and participate in our Plant Identification Workshop. Space is limited to the first twelve people who register online. Please no photographs, real specimens only. The Fairchild Herbarium is located at 11935 Old Cutler Road, Coral Gables. 

Gala in the Garden: Paradise Found

Movie Night: Sixteen Candles

Friday, February 10, 6:30 p.m. 

Join us for a night of movie fun as A young girl's "sweet sixteenth" birthday becomes anything but special as she suffers from every embarrassment possible in the romantic comedy Sixteen Candles. This movie will be shown surrounded by the beauty of nature in Fairchild’s outdoor theater.

Admission: $10 for Members, $15 for Nonmembers, $8 for Member children, $10 Nonmember children and free for children 5 and under.

Valentine's Day Concert at Fairchild

Tuesday, February 14, 7:00 p.m.

What better way to spend Valentine's Day than with your special someone listening to the sultry sounds of jazz singer Nicole Henry. Let her music set the mood on the most romantic night of the year. 

General Admission: Members $60, Non-members $75; Students (with ID): $25; Kids: 6-18 $20, 5 and under are free.
